C4 is a non-partisan 501c4 not-for-profit corporation registered in the State of Nevada. As a politically active organization, donations to C4 are not tax deductible. However, as a public benefit organization that does not use your donation to benefit a specific candidate or political campaign, donations to C4 are deductible as a business expense per the Internal Revenue Service.
